Leidos has a career opportunity for a Knowledge Manager/Task Management Tool "TMT' Manager at Shaw AFB. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI clearance in order to be considered. The successful applicant will assist Joint Task Force (JTF) and Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) planners prepare for forward deployed combat operations and exercise events. The applicant will provide knowledge management services necessary for staff planning, analysis, enterprise management, programming, budgeting, technical engineering capabilities and unit JTF/AEF engagement. Applicants will task, track, and coordinate staff packages throughout subordinate units, MAJCOMs and services using the Task Management Tool (TMT) and other unclassified or classified online systems to include but not limited to Microsoft Office Professional, SharePoint, Defense Travel System, Unit Manning Documentation, and Air Force Evaluation Management System. Applicants will receive and correlate staff inputs for taskers and requests for information (RFIs); schedule, set-up, and execute meetings, video teleconferences; develop and coordinate briefings, bullet-background papers, and other reference materials; and disseminate / post products. Applicants will also schedule, coordinate, and file travel orders and vouchers using Defense Travel System or other online resources.
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant Air Force units inclusive of 5 years’ experience working with Component Numbered Air Force, Major Command or Joint Command levels . Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a minimum TS/SCI security clearance. TA_2
