Mid-level Analyst will provide onsite business architecture, process, and planning activities to a US Government client. Tasks may include updating and maintaining current business architecture and requirements contained in requirement artifacts and tools. Support the identification and documentation of new requirements, facilitating approval of requirements by stakeholders, and coordinating with information technology POCs to ensure all requirements are properly implemented. Propose and/or draft new business processes that could streamline or support the client’s existing business model. Support the core mission activities needed to respond to intelligence-driven, risk-based requests for system changes or analysis. Support business continuity planning by providing subject matter expertise and maintaining knowledge sharing. Assist with managing reporting requests, including:
Analyzing reporting data requests and confirming requirements with stakeholders.
Researching data to satisfy requests, using available analytic tools.
Coordinating with the customer and technical teams to update and enhance current analytic tools and further enrich existing data to design and develop new analytic tools to improve current and analytical reporting requirements generated by field operations, analyst, and senior leadership.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field or higher from an accredited college or university, with 3-10 years relevant work experience in business management, project management, financial management, business analysis, or systems engineering.
Have comprehensive knowledge and experience with government regulations, policies, and limitations within their scope of responsibilities
Business Analyst experience, preferably with project management experience.
Demonstrated experience oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
Demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and rationale behind actions and recommendations. Knowledgeable with software programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Access) Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL Certification preferred.
Project Management experience in a vetting or national security environment strongly preferred
