Security Clearance: TS/SCI
DHS I&A is seeking support to its DOMEX collection, analysis, and reporting program. Forensic IT Engineers will develop and expand DHS DOMEX technical capabilities Bachelor’s Degree with at least 25 years of experience OR MA w/ 20yrs experience
Experience with computer forensics and technology exploitation, including media ingest, conversion, and normalization
Proficiency with digital forensic tools
Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, software, and networks, including downloading, testing, and installing software updates
Experience with examination of computers and digital devices, including extracting information from digital formats
Proficiency with procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of data storage
Advanced skills in digital forensics and technical DOMEX, including operating, maintaining, and supporting commercial-off-the-shelf forensic software
4 years of general programming experience, including DOMEX-focused technical programming
Experience with Python, Perl, Unix-based, R, C#, C++, .Net, HTML CSS, Tableau, FOSS software that interacts with SQL-based databases, Linux or Windows software development, inter-process communication socket programming multithreading, multicore CPU software architecture, and Guidance Software’s EnScript language
Knowledge of EO 12333
