Job Description

Security Clearance: None Burlington, MA CENTRA Technology’s Homeland Security and Risk Analysis Division is seeking qualified candidates that will form part of a multidisciplinary team focused on helping DHS evaluate and address national security risks posed by transactions under review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), particularly as they relate to homeland security and critical infrastructure interests. The successful candidate will review documents submitted by parties to transactions involving the acquisition of a U.S. business by foreign entities that may affect DHS equities, research related issues, and help produce written products that address these issues Required qualifications are as follow: Bachelor’s degree (intelligence analysis/public policy/national security/international affairs/business preferred) plus at least 3 years of experience, or Graduate degree with at least 1 year of experience. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to accurately compile and evaluate information and produce sound analytic conclusions. Exceptional writing abilities. Strong open source research skills. Prior work experience regarding mergers, acquisitions, government or law a plus. A writing sample is required. Candidates with current U.S. Government security clearances are preferred, but a current clearance is not required. The successful candidate will be submitted for a U.S. Government security clearance, so U.S. Citizenship is required. Continued employment is contingent on the ability to obtain and retain a security clearance.
