Job Description

Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ poly Washington DC / Arlington VA Area CENTRA Technology, Inc. has immediate needs for Senior Program Managers. Duties include the full spectrum of program management responsibilities, including (but not limited to): Establish staffing plans and manage the selection qualified staff to meet all program requirements Establish effective program plans, budgets, schedules, quality control procedures to fulfill all contract requirements and ensure full customer satisfaction Manage and monitor the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, deliverables, and quality against established plans, metrics, and milestones. Ensure all U.S. Government and program security requirements are met in program execution. Identify performance issues and establish and implement remedial actions to resolve problems. Communicate effectively with program staff, CENTRA and subcontractor management. Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate effectively with all customer staff, including COTR, CO, and Government task mangers as required Organize and/or participate in program management reviews and other customer meetings as required. Ensure program status reports and other deliverables are complete, accurate, high quality, and timely. Fulfill a lead role in strategizing, writing, and negotiating program-relevant proposals, including changes, add-ons, and follow-ons BA/BS plus minimum of 8 years of experience managing large, diverse, and complex Intelligence Community programs performed by large teams that include subcontractors. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project management Professional (PMP) certification. Demonstrated ability to write, review, and edit high quality proposals. Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. Thorough working knowledge of effective quality control practices. Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to budgets, using effective cost/schedule control practices and tools. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Advanced degree (MA/MS or MBA). Relevant professional certifications, such as Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Information Assurance Management (IAM) certifications.
