Job Description

Shall conduct basic, intermediate and advanced target development to meet command deadlines and advises staff and operational personnel on findings and recommendations for targeting strategies as directed. Shall conduct all-source research and analysis across target intelligence disciplines in support of production cycle, with primary focus on air, naval, ground, missile, long range artillery (LRA), command and control, special operations forces (SOF) and weapons of mass destruction (WMD), as directed. Examine links, nodes, vulnerabilities, interdependencies and critical elements on enemy target systems. De-conflict target intelligence assessments with national level agencies, unified commands, components, the Joint Staff and others, as directed. Shall administer, maintain, and integrate targeting and Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) equipment, software, network and system requirements. Develop expertise on required targeting tools to ensure timely completion of tasks. Shall maintain and update command target lists in JTT. Coordinates with other staff to ensure accuracy of data and manage processes for federated production. Exploits and analyzes multi-sensor imagery in conjunction with all source intelligence information. Determine types, function, location, and significance of military facilities and activities, industrial installation and surface transportation networks, and military equipment including ground, air, naval, missile, and electronic orders of battle. Uses multi-sensor imagery to conduct comparative analysis. Analyzes terrain to determine traffic ability, and identify landing zones and defensive fortification. Analyzes structure of military and industrial installations to determine construction types and functionality. Determines present and future imagery collection requirements. Shall operate imagery exploiting equipment including computer-assisted exploiting and automated databases systems (JTT, MIDB). Uses automated exploitation equipment to prepare, review, and transmit intelligence reports. Perform precise mensuration of multi-sensor imagery to determine geographic location, and vertical and horizontal measurements of objects. Uses maps, charts, geodetic products, and multi-sensor imagery to determine distance, azimuth, and location of targets. Shall compile imagery-derived data into detailed target assessments. Uses collateral information from other intelligence disciplines to analyze imagery. Prepares multi-sensor imagery for reproduction and dissemination. Prepares and conducts multi-sensor imagery derived intelligence briefings Requirements: Mid Level • 4-8 years of Intelligence Analysis experience • Bachelors degree or specialized training • PACOM experience specifically with Korea is highly desired • Active/Current TS/SCI security clearance verifiable in JPAS Senior Level • 8+ years of Intelligence Analysis experience • Bachelors degree or specialized training • PACOM experience specifically with Korea is highly desired JBMissionEssential ICJBMeta
