USA, CALIFORNIA Altadena Full-Time Security Clearance: Public Trust ManTech is looking for a Collaborative Engineer III to join our team. The Collaborative Engineer III is a key member of the IT team and will be primarily responsible for supporting the user community and subscribed services environment that meets or exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful Collaborative Engineer III candidate will coordinate and plan, both proactively and in response to requests, collaborative engineering interchanges to address emerging users’ needs and transformational technologies and processes. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with Customer, Business Analysts, Project Manager, Engineers, Program Management Office on requirements and future needs Implements a process for seeking input and approval from OCIO and other governing bodies Maintains current knowledge of technology landscape and key developments Designs fit-for-purpose products to ensure products align to the customer's strategic plans and technology road maps Develops and implements IT Consulting Technology Services Consults and Leads the effort to implement engineering process to analyze new technologies (hardware and software) or service improvements, and presents findings to OCIO governance groups Implements IT consulting capability to provide data analytics and industry trends Develops and implements a process for testing proposed products and solutions Develops and implements technology services development lifecycle process that engages end-users Develops and implements engineering and implementation processes for technology currency and service deliver Implements a process for developing, maintaining and updating a service roadmap annually Coaches team on existing system structure, constraints and deficiencies with product Shares knowledge and experience to contribute to growth of overall team capabilities Participates in the deployment, change, configuration, management, administration and maintenance of deployment process and systems Works in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities D Demonstrates deep understanding and acts as a leader in the team’s continuous integration and continuous delivery automation pipeline Focuses on customer satisfaction Must be a US Citizen See Qualifications / Requires Bachelors degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) and nine years of related experience. • Consulting, engineering, delivering and supporting production software/hardware products required • Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks concurrently and effectively • Deep understanding and coaches value based decision making and Agile principles across teams • Experience in developing and implementing engineering processes • Delivery of past software and systems with documented value required • Strong focus on delivering customer value required • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities required • Experience with Scrum and Domain Driven Design preferred • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment preferred • Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems • Working relationships with leading manufacturers such as, Cisco, EMC, NetApp, HP, Apple, Dell, VMWare, APC and others • Working knowledge of Private, Public and GovCloud Services • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required Self-disciplined and have a positive attitude • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to work with staff and business require ManTech International Corporation is comprised of approximately 7,300 talented employees who use advanced technology to help government and industry meet some of their greatest challenges around the world.
