Job Duties and Responsibilities: Exercise full supervision of teams and staff in terms of costs, methods, and employees. Establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers and staff. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Ensures that budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met. · Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans · Aligns teams to common business/end-customer/release goals, works cross-functionally to achieve them and ensures accountability to deliver them · Resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes · Interacts with key Partners, Engineering/Product Leaders, and Executive sponsors · Builds roadmaps and leads the development of complex enterprise transition projects · Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives · Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions · Develops Agile/Scrum best practice to enhance the collaboration among scrum teams in the organization · Develops process enhancement for automation in core infrastructure delivery Minimum Qualifications: · Project fast-tracking and crashing techniques · 5+ years full lifecycle Program or Project Management experience · 5+ years Change Management experience · 2+ years of infrastructure Program or Project Management experience · 2+ years of infrastructure/Cloud/SaaS Program or Project Management experience · Strong experience with Agile Project Management · Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure · Strong communication skills and experience working with highly technical management teams · Comfortable in managing multiple Integration Engineers and Solution Architect · Experience with End-Point tools and Service Management(ITSM) software · Comfortable presenting to and persuading at the level of OCIO and PMO. Required Skills: Windows Server 2008+ Exchange 2013+ Vitalized environment and Active Directory IBM BigFix end-point Manager IT Service Manager (ITSM) Software Familiarity with Linux (RHEL7+) Experience: · 8-10 years Must be a US Citizen
08-10 years w/Bachelors Degree 05-07 years w/Masters Degree / Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience.
