Individual will lead assessment, deployment and integration of Airwatch, IBM BigFix, Jamf Pro, etc. into ServiceNow resident in a dynamic, high-performance system in Pasadena, CA. Working closely with Cyber Security Team and Solutions Architect. Integration Responsibilities Responsible for defining the detail design and lead the implementation and integration of the following technologies working in a collaborative and distributed team environment: Airwatch - Focused on the Assessment, Design, Configuration, Integration and Deployment MDM enforces policies on customer mobile devices, current MDM solution (Airwatch) works with derived credentials being developed using Entrust. Must be developed to work with derived credentials and may use something other than Entrust IBM BigFix - Focused on Assessment, Design, Configuration, Integration and Deployment. Inventory, patch management, software distribution, and compliance monitoring for endpoint management Integrate BigFix with ServiceNow to improve CMDB, asset, and vulnerability management Jamf Pro – Focused on Assessment, Design, Configuration, Integration and Deployment Software deployment for Apple endpoints Bomgar Remote Support - Focused on integration A secure, remote access tool used by support personnel to access customer PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices and is API integrated with our ITSM solution today Remote support sessions are managed and terminated from a collector appliance deployed at customer site but inside the FedRAMP authorized boundary Microsoft System Center – Focus here is the Assessment, Design, Configuration, Integration and Deployment SCCM provides software deployment for Microsoft operating systems and devices Symantec Endpoint Protection – Focused on the Assessment, Design, Configuration, Integration and Deployment SEP provides anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for endpoints LANsweeper Discovery - Focused on integration. Scanning tool to discovery SNMP network devices on the JPL network from a collector appliance deployed at customer but inside the FedRAMP-authorized boundary. LANsweeper is one of the discovery tools to populate the customer CMDB and maintain the accuracy and relevancy of configuration data and is API integrated with our ITSM solution today ScienceLogic EM7 – Focused on integration EM7 monitors the performance and dependencies of IT services and provides analytical data for dashboards and reports Monitors IT systems and services from a collector appliance deployed at JPL but inside the FedRAMP-authorized boundary and is API integrated with our ITSM solution today Tableau Visualization – Focused on integration Data visualization software creates reports and data analysis in easy to read and understand formats Provides a user friendly, “single pane of glass” that supports data analytics and SLA performance In3Sight - – Focused on integration FedRAMP authorized, In3Sight™ is Team ManTech’s intellectual property Application Program Interface (API) integrated with ServiceNow and other proposed ITSM tools that provides a data analytics capability to support proactive incident, problem, configuration, release, and change management Skills: Systems engineering, system integration and systems administration skills with specific experience in endpoint management technologies described above i.e. BigFix, SCCM and JAMF-Pro including MDM with Airwatch Experience in implementing integration solutions for endpoint management systems in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments Architecting, implementing, and supporting the implementation and testing of the endpoint management solutions, using a Service Oriented approach Defining the strategy for integrating data between systems including the overall approach, assumptions, and processes that will be used in the data integration. Implementing architecture standards and methods (solution patterns), maintaining and improving solution patterns over time, and mentor a newly formed integration team Required Qualifications: Current experience designing, developing, and deploying complex integration solutions in multiple environments Current experience architecting strategies and/or roadmaps for data integration into our solution Bachelor's degree in related IT field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: Agile project execution experience Experience using or implementing integration platforms Experience as a technical lead on enterprise wide solutions Education/Experience: · Required – a minimum of a B.SC. in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Physical Sciences, Math or Information Systems Clearance: Public Trust Must be a US Citizen

• Experience in Exchange 2016 • 7 or more years’ experience working as Systems Engineer • Working experience with Sendmail Sentrion for mail redirection to alternate email services • Working knowledge of cloud subscribed tool such as Accellion or related tool to manage Large File Transfer • Familiarity with Personal SharePoint sites • Working experience with Jabber client or related instant messaging and chat tools • Working experience with WebEx or similar Web Based meeting tools • Working knowledge of Active Directory • Familiarity of iMessage in support of Mobile devices Experience with Personal Storage management • Ability to troubleshoot and document various problems • Ability to lead and collaborate with various teams for IPCS projects and/or tasks • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required • Self-disciplined and have a positive attitude • Ability to work effectively independently, in a multi-disciplinary IT or matrix team environment.
