General Responsibilities: • Writes policy and planning documents, proposals, executive summaries, project outlines, meeting minutes, white papers, abstracts, implementation plans, action plans, strategic plans, & charters • Ability for public speaking skills and ability to deliver presentations/briefings and lead working groups - prepare and present senior-level briefings • Ability to quickly comprehend mission needs and coordinate with stakeholders to identify and document gaps in processes and operational requirements. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve complex problems. • Ability to collect information system requirements and translate end-users’ needs to technical developers • Program Management Support – ability to plan and manage programs from inception to end state (defining tasks, project monitoring, reporting, developing implementation plan, and forecasting issues, etc.) • Ability to evaluate problem sets and recommend a number of viable options—critical thinking • Ability to handle heavy and rapidly changing workload and work independently and collaboratively with multiple partners on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to develop and perform business process mapping and evaluation to enable process improvement, enhancement, or redesign. • Be able to support combined user & policy meetings at local and higher headquarters by facilitating discussions between various stakeholders of differing backgrounds. • Be able to prepare, execute, and have the requisite intelligence experience to successfully complete policy, planning, and strategic product development.
See Qualifications / Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, and Psychology or other related disciplines and twelve to fifteen years of experience or Master’s degree and ten to twelve years of related experience or PhD and eight to nine years of related experience.
