Job Description

USA, GEORGIA, Augusta Full-Time Security Clearance: Secret 10-12 years w/Bachelors Degree / Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent, and five to ten years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience. Other Skills Preferred: • Minimum 3 years Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator • Minimum 3 years developing and conducting training for military units • Familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program • Adult Learning: Theory and Practice: Familiarity with the concepts and practices of adult learning and it application to the workplace • Coaching: Ability to encourage, motivate and guide individuals and teams in learning and improving effectiveness • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems • Influencing: Ability to influence decisions within and outside the organization • Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner • Knowledge Management: Knowledge of the process and tools for capturing, organizing and using individual and departmental assets, such as competencies, best practices, etc • Leadership: Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for gaining cooperation and support of others • Learning: Knowledge of tools and techniques for grasping new concepts and acquiring new ways of learning • Learning Delivery: Familiarity with the full spectrum of methods and alternatives for delivering learning solutions • Learning Development: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for developing a solution to stated learning needs • Learning Evaluation: Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of learning intervention • Learning Needs Analysis: Knowledge of the process of identifying what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance • Oral and Written Communications: Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively, recognizing that effective communication is a vital role in leadership and learning • Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the customer’s training needs • Training and Development Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of and ability to use the organization’s and customer’s standards, procedures and policies relevant to staff training and development and delivery of training ManTech International Corporation is comprised of approximately 7,300 talented employees who use advanced technology to help government and industry meet some of their greatest challenges around the world.
