Security Clearance: Public Trust
Position Description: The Deputy PM will provide oversight on an approximately 300 FTE Service Delivery contract with a presence across the United States and world. They will work collaboratively with DHS USCIS Government PM, COR and Contracting Office and assume responsibility for continuous improvement of Service Delivery and the highest possible customer satisfaction levels. Ensure that the technical solutions and all contract deliverables are implemented in a timely manner. Responsibilities Include: Management oversight for a geographically dispersed set of technical staff and other leaders. Ensure team meet or exceed all contract SLAs/AQLs Establishes goals and plans that meet program objectives. Oversee staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interact with customers to ensure both alignment to contract scope, as well as high-levels of customer satisfaction. Interface with ManTech corporate senior management. Supervision of other leaders, many of whom are managing operations in different parts of the country. Qualifications for this position include: Required: Minimum 4 years of IT program (project) management experience Expert knowledge in Service Delivery optimization Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL certification. Desired: Experience in Federal IT contract management Advanced levels of ITIL certification (Intermediate, Expert)
