General Responsibilities: • Internal planning consists of: • Analyze requirements and design documents • Perform risk assessment • Document results of analysis and assessments • Develop test strategy based on areas of high risk • External coordination consists of: • Coordinate with customer, project leads and requirements personnel • Work on multiple simultaneous ongoing efforts Mandatory Skills: • Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field), and 8 years of related experience • Reviewing DoDAF architectural drawings • Identifying system requirements documentation, determining critical test factors, and writing coherent and concise reports • Must have strong communications skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking, and briefing) • Must be familiar working with SharePoint or similar information sharing applications • Must be familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint • Experience gathering and analyzing project requirements • Experience reviewing requirements for testability • Experience decomposing high level requirements into component parts • Test execution experience (OAT&E, DT&E, etc) • Experience tracking and reporting test results • Risk Assessment and prioritization • Test case design or test scenario design desirable Other Skills Preferred: • Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently without significant impact to productivity • Ability to communicate effectively, written and oral • Thorough understanding of DoDAF products as they relate to system requirements and design
11-13 years w/High School Diploma 05-07 years w/Bachelors Degree 02-04 years w/Masters Degree / Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
