Job Description:
The SAS CIO seeks a Senior Manager to be the Factory Integration Lead for the SAS IT organization. This role will report to the Business Integration Director. This leader is responsible for working closely with the SAS Operations, Engineering, and other functional leaders to understand support requirements and future factory strategies. It will frequently work with our vendors that provide IT assets and labor support for our factories. There are a number of these vendors and a number of solutions they provide that this position needs to understand and shape requirements for. This position will also assist in providing input and shaping the area of factory support portion of the IT strategic and tactical objectives to meet existing and future customer goals. This leader is responsible for managing support for all SAS factories, labs, and test environments; will also work closely with enterprise IT support vendors and GBS shared services organization to ensure proper support for our facilities.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 12 years related professional experience
  • Proven experience in employee development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including a matrixed environment
  • Strong and diverse business and technical acumen
  • Experience working with Sr. leadership including VP and Director levels
  • Strong working knowledge of IT products and services
  • Ability to analyze information and identify relevant facts
  • Ability to shape opinions of key stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • Proven track record of achieving desired results

Desired Skills:

  • Factory automation and IOT technology implementation experience
  • Influential communication and ability to achieve alignment
  • Innovative, technical mindset
  • Experience managing many people and projects
  • Experience with managing resource and budget constraints
  • Active security clearance

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM related discipline

or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, 20 years of relevant experience

Desired Education: Master’s degree in STEM related discipline or Master’s in Business Administration

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons
