Job Description

Location: Dallas Texas Security Clearance: Top Secret - Current This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Support Program at Raytheon’s Love Field site. This role will perform a wide range of administrative duties, reporting directly to the Program Manager as the sole Administrative Assistant for Raytheon’s Love Field site. The position administratively tracks training records unique to Love Field operations, to include flight physicals and flight training. In addition, the position is responsible for coordinating travel and submitting travel expenses to include international travel.

This position will also provide additional support across the RSS product line, should assistance be required by another administrative assistant or Program Area Director.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of professional administrative experience supporting a senior leader in a medium to large organization
  • Experience handling confidential and non-routine information
  • Experience anticipating needs, requirements, and actions, and be proactive in resolving difficulties
  • Experience with and intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, calendar programs, and other software databases and productivity tools
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain access to US only data systems is required
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain special access

  • Experience in managing a calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and ability to compile and prepare data reports

Required Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Desired Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; some college or vocational courses

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
