Job Description

USA, VIRGINIA, Chantilly Full-Time Security Clearance: TS/SCI Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Experience with RAIDs, SANs, High Availability, Backup and Disaster Recovery, • Experience with network and server management to include backup, upgrade, recovery, security hardening, and maintenance of operating systems and hard disk systems, • Configuration, migration and O&M of Windows applications such as WSUS, Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync, • Experience with system monitoring tools, including Retina, SolarWinds, BelManage, and Splunk, • Experience with archive/backup of network data, and databases, • Experience with database management, software management, and vendor interfacing, • Perform maintenance, repair and upgrade of computer hardware, to include printers/scanners, external storage devices, monitors, KVM switches, and basic network equipment, • Research, procure hardware/software to meet customer needs, • Experience in setup/configuration of network devices, • Experience in hardware fault troubleshooting and resolution, • Support system setup, configuration, software patching, testing, troubleshooting, and basic script writing to include Tier 1-3 support for network and computer systems, • Support download and management of antivirus signature and product upgrades, • Provide superior customer service; possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in a dynamic customer centric environment. 13-15 years w/High School Diploma 07-09 years w/Bachelors Degree 04-06 years w/Masters Degree / Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
