General Responsibilities: • Provide operational support to the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) process, including but not limited to: Researching hardware and software origins and company affiliations, drafting Request for Investigation (RFI) forms, maintaining a tracking system for RFIs, managing the ITAM mailbox and answering Center-wide SCRM inquiries, and drafting and editing Center-wide communications and/or process flow documentation. • Review, request corrections, approve, and track IT purchase requests (PRs). • Support new and current Center and Agency software procurement consolidation efforts, including but not limited to: Collecting Center software licensing information, responding to data calls, reviewing and providing comments/guidance to Statement of Works (SOW), verifying annual product requirements and collecting customer funding for renewals, requesting vendor quotes, submitting PRs, and answering Center-wide software inquiries. • Manage the Center’s IT procurements, including but not limited to: Renewing existing requirements annually as well as processing new requirements that arise throughout the year. This includes the verification of requirements with end users, posting requests for quotes, creating required PR documentation, drafting Sole Source and Brand Name Justifications, submitting PRs, tracking the status of the procurements, and answering procurement-related inquiries. • Other duties as assigned. [ Mandatory Skills Required: • Experience in a business related field demonstrating self-confidence, management of workload, strong written and verbal communication with diverse individuals, application of good judgment, and working knowledge of business systems. • Self-starter, detail-oriented; excellent organizational, time management and communication skills • High aptitude for strategic and critical thinking • Proficiency with MS Office programs (particularly Excel) and (preferably) SAP
