ManTech is currently recruiting for a Subcontracts Administrator, Staff This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, energetic and driven individual with solid government subcontracts experience who is interested in joining a dynamic Contracts Team. The Associate Subcontract's Administrator assists in the preparation and administration of subcontracts, task order, and subsequent amendments. Job Duties and Responsibilities: •Prepares and administers subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments. •Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of price and creation of the subcontract document. •Participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources. •Reviews client solicitations received by company and provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team. •Responsible for monitoring subcontractor’s performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices. •Keeps fully informed on all subcontracts standards, plans and policies. •Prepares and supports subcontract negotiations. •Insures that the subcontract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations. •Monitors subcontract performance for conformance to requirements to protect the interest of the company. •Prepares and disseminates information to appropriate employees regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. • Experience with Health or VA contracts a plus Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Clearance requirements: None, but able to obtain a DoD clearance.
