ManTech’s Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions Group is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide support to the Business Unit General Manager, and their staff. To be successful, applicants must possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, especially discretion with confidential matters; strong written and verbal communication; administrative, organizational and people skills; the ability to balance multiple priorities; the ability to work independently on projects; and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Works closely and effectively with the Chief of Staff ensuring the Senior Vice President is well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and assisting in the administrative preparation of meetings appropriately • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, de-conflict schedule as appropriate and serve as a "gatekeeper” for direct access to the executive’s time and office • Manages a variety of special projects for the Senior Vice President (SVP) • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting and/or conveying communications and other tasks that facilitate the SVP's ability to effectively lead the organization • Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the SVP's updated • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures • Administer a broad variety of administrative tasks for Business Unit General Manager and staff , including taking minutes at key meetings, completing expense reports and purchase requisitions; preparation of correspondence that is sometimes confidential; developing meeting agendas and tracking action items. , organizes, prepares and reviews executive reports and presentations, arrange com travel plans, itineraries and agendas Position Requirements: • BS Degree and/or relevant 5 years of administrative support experience • Expert knowledge of with Microsoft Office Products, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Also, proficient in SharePoint and Adobe Products • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including Executive Leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
05-06 years w/High School Diploma See Qualifications / Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and five to ten years of related experience.
