Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Develops applicable security documents for SAPs (Program. Security Plans, Classification Guides, OPSEC Plans, Exposure Management Plans, Transition Plans, Security Education and training products. Ensures SAPs comply with security requirements (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual & Overprint, DOD Directives Instructions and Regulations, Director Central Intelligence Directives). Processes requests for nicknames and code words. Conducts program security office functions for sensitive DOD studies and standing committees. Establishes and maintains a database of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs). Acts as the point of contact for the establishment and modification of SAPFs. Coordinates with Defense Intelligence Agency and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency on SAPFs. Drafts and coordinates Co-Utilization agreements for facilities. Establishes procedures for the accreditation of AIS systems used to process SAP data. Coordinates with appropriate agencies on the approval of these systems. Maintains a database of AIS systems within OUSD(I) that are accredited to process SAP information.
