USA, VIRGINIA, Springfield Full-Time Security Clearance: TS/SCI • Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries. • Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 24 hours of receipt. • Deliver priority messages based on urgency. • Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules. • Return all phone messages within 2 hours of receipt. • Coordinate customer support activities across applicable offices to deliver the appropriate answers. • Create and deliver accurate reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date See Qualifications / Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and three to six years of related experience.
