Job Description:

We currently have an immediate position for a talented and passionate Project Manager.-Information Assurance Specialist. You will be based out of Reston VA with local travel to Washington DC.   You will be responsible for working directly with the customer and executing on site information assurance requirements while collaborating directly with the customer to ensure successful delivery and deployment of our project deliverables.  The successful candidate will be an ambitious fast learner that demonstrates professional communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
  • Must have a DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance.
  • Must have Intelligence Community related technical experience and a deep understanding of mission requirements.
  • Must have experience with Release Management Framework (RMF), and Xacta Software.
  • Ability to organize and manage information assurance artifacts such as Security Test Procedures, Requirements Traceability Matrix, CONOPS, Test Planning Document, User Test Plans, etc. is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, prioritization of tasks, and timeliness.
  • Must be a detail oriented self starter, accurate, efficient, and highly organized.
  • Experience with government contracting, and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Experience with security related indoctrinations and debriefs are a plus.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.


  • Collaborate with Government Program Managers, Branch Chiefs and engineering teams to execute project requirements.
  • Work directly with Chief Information Office (CIO), to ensure project releases are accredited and approved for deployment in production.
  • Participate in program quarterly reviews, and project briefings to government stakeholders regarding project releases.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules for the CIO across a variety of program tasks.
  • Provide assistance to senior management as needed such as assisting with in-processing of new staff members.
  • Other internal projects as assigned including ensuring that the company's internal security controls are up to standard with the DFARS requirements.
