Job Description:
Join Leidos' team focused on delivering cyber security and engineering services to NOAA and Department of Commerce, securing high value assets and providing management with awareness of significant on-going cyber threats, events, and incidents. You will be responsible for protecting the organization's (NOAA NCSC and DOC ESOC) information and information systems. Duties include managing and enforcing of security strategies and policies within established guidelines; delivering 24x7, near real-time cyber security status information and monitoring; providing front line cyber incident response and reporting services; performing system administration services for FISMA High system computers and networks; and managing TIC Services, vulnerability scanning, and other security support services. Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, IT Security Strategy, continuous Cyber Security Monitoring and Incident Response, Systems Administration, and Compliance and Risk Management which includes IT Security and Compliance Teams. Leidos' has several opportunities to include but not limited to the following:
• SOC Analyst Tiers 1, 2, 3 • Information Security / Compliance Officer • Security (Tools) Engineer • Cyber Incident Responder • Systems Administrator • Systems Engineer • Project Engineering Support • Development and Engineering Support Position Locations are primarily located in Fairmont, West Virginia; Silver Spring, Maryland; Washington, DC; and Boulder, CO and require the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires BS degree and 1 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 1 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
