This position is for Poland and contingent upon LOA.
This position is responsible for leadership of multi-disciplined teams to ensure execution on international manufacturing operations in the MENA & Europe regions. This role includes the overall management and participation in all phases of program development from capture and proposals thru planning, transition to production, execution and close-out. The duties of this role also include, but are not limited to: the overall management and coordination of manufacturing resources to support multiple program requirements, execution responsibility of $25-$50M in yearly operations budgets, participation in program planning and working across the program and multiple function areas. This role will include presenting to the Customer, Sr. Director and VP levels representing his/her IPT teams and operations performance. Other duties include managing the coordination of program schedules with ISC, Subcontracts, Engineering and other CBTs. A security clearance is required for this position.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Specific responsibilities include:
Resides in Country (Warsaw, POLAND)
Support the program teams with emphasis on cost, schedule, quality, safety and hardware performance to specification.
Utilize Raytheon Six Sigma/LEAN to drive a continuous improvement culture and initiatives in support of international manufacturing operations
Provides leadership accountability and responsibility for establishing operations best practices and lessons learned.
Actively drive growth within operations and for the overall business by creating competitive solutions.
BS or BA in Engineering, Business or Mathematics, or related field
A minimum of 12 years’ experience
Demonstrated Leadership Experience
Knowledge of Development and Production support
Demonstrated Cost, Schedule and Technical Management experience
Security Clearance: Secret
Fluent in Polish language (speak, read, and write)
International Operations/Engineering experience
Direct experience and production of complex IAMD systems or equivalent
Six Sigma/Lean experience
Strong presence and influence ability
Strong written and oral skills
Strong inter-personal skills for teamwork and customer relationships
MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred
