Job Description:

RSS-Other Finance is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our Finance Team in Dallas, TX. Primary responsibilities include cost and schedule control and analysis, earned value management, EAC preparation, project setup and NWA management. The financial analyst will develop program budget, review actual costs, coordinated cost/schedule variance analysis, and analyze data for financial accuracy and trends, and prepare financial reports. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5-Year and Annual Plan (AOP) forecasting. Ability to partner with other functions and flexibility to meet business expectations is needed.

  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and analytical & problem solving skills while being able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to plan and manage daily tasks, analyze, provide results, and recommend solutions to management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both orally and in written form
  • Understanding of earned value management and reporting
  • Understanding of sales, profit, bookings and cash flow forecasting
  • Excellent personal computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Government and Defense Industry
  • Proficiency with SAP R/3 (APEX), Business Warehouse, and PRISM
  • Knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Self-motivated
  • Active SSBI Security Clearance

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
