This role will be responsible for working closely with the Program Finance Manager and Integrated Product Team Lead(s) (IPT) to support an EVMS baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, and internal EVM policy and 10255. The candidate will support their assigned IPT(s) in supporting the program cadence for delivery of the required program SDRLs including the Cost Performance Report (CPR), Format 5 and Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR).The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone to support a challenging Development program and increase their abilities in the finance and business management discipline. Areas of exposure will include experience working directly with internal customers, and will evolve to include broad department responsibilities, such as FP&A, monthly Internal Finance Reviews with the Space Systems Controller and Financial Planning and Analysis team. This individual will be required to perform and learn all aspects of a program, and will be instrumental in the– EVMS process/tools, quarterly EAC compilations; F&PA – forecast bookings, sales, op profit, cash , unbilled analysis.Required Skills: ·Experience in providing financial and business support. ·EVMS experience including variance analysis and reporting, compliance to a validated EVM system and reporting externally to customers and interfacing on those reports ·Proficient MS Office suite (Advanced EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word) ·Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools (Microsoft Projects, Micro frame Program Manager (MPM) software and SAP Business systems), and independently create and analyze cost data. ·4+ years overall applicable experience ·Ability to self-manage and prioritize in a dynamic environment ·Existing SSBI clearance·US Citizenship Required Desired Skills: ·Ability to gracefully handle challenges, attention to details and time management ·Ability to deal with company sensitive subjectswith confidentiality ·Be proactive, creative, and possess problem identification, problem solving and decision making skills ·Have strong analytical skills Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related major Desired Education: MBA preferred
