Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration Management Analyst in Huntsville, AL.The successful candidate will support the current and evolving Strategic Systems Engineering Services (SSES) efforts for the Software Engineering Directorate (SED) Customer.The SED; within the Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (USA RDECOM); has development and support responsibilities for myriad weapons systems and related support systems with associated enhancements.

The Strategic Systems domain includes support activities for Combatant Commanders and Agencies (such as AMC, MDA, Homeland Security, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), TRANSCOM, INSCOM) and related FMS efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develops Configuration Management solutions to complex problems and ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives and be able to interpret, execute and make recommendations to organizational policies.

·Ensures that all required deliverable and non-deliverable contract data are properly identified, scheduled, marked, approved, inspected, submitted, and accepted.

·Collaborates across the Program Management Office (PMO) to proactively manage CM risks, opportunities, and overall deliverables.

·Manages digital files and work products.

·Provides support for proposals, quotations and budget/cost reviews.

·Ensures that all program-related information is effectively stored and controlled when the contract close-out activity is completed.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

·Four (4) years of experience with a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.

·Experience developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes and training, such as configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits.

·Experience working in a technical environment interfacing with all engineering disciplines and able to work well in a team environment and actively assist or provide direction as needed.

·Experience with Microsoft office tools advanced features:Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access or other database experience requiring schema definition and data manipulation.

·Ability to guide individuals to accomplish change management steps in a timely manner.

·Highly organized, detail oriented and able to implement strict process for change control.

·Records management awareness.

·General understanding of how to perform Peer Reviews.

·EXIM awareness and marking.

Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

·Experience working with CMMI and ISO 9000 CM requirements.

·Must be organized and able to prioritize task efforts.

·Experience with Clearquest or a PDM system.

·Experience working within a team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision.

·Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·Certifications from either NDIA or CMII in Configuration Management

·Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain higher clearance levels
