Job Description

Location: Goleta California Security Clearance: None / Not Required Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing products and serves as liaison between program management and planning, operations, and line management. Assesses product issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, On Time Delivery, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring product progress from contract inception through completion. Builds product production plans and sees them through by coordinating the actions of supply chain, internal suppliers, quality, and manufacturing plant supervision. Performs earned value analysis and reports that drive optimized decisions. Lead for interventions and problem solving with operations functions and program management

Required Skills:
  • Working knowledge of shop floor and business management systems SAP PRISM and VM
  • Earned value
  • Broad understanding of operational functions, supply chain, quality, procurement, PCMC, manufacturing
  • Experience with complex technical products
  • Demonstrated accomplishments leading within a matrix organization

Desired Skills:
  • Applied knowledge in the area of imaging sensors and design
  • Applied knowledge in the area of wafer and detector processing
  • Cross functional team leadership

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Science or other related discipline
