·Develop system and subsystem performance and test requirements, evaluate systems and subsystems interfaces, or design and integrate systems or subsystems using COTS/government supplied equipment.
Create and update system level specifications, including interface control documents and facility requirements documents for current and future Patriot programs.
·Perform Systems Engineering tasks related to Air Defense Systems for the Patriot System
·Work in coordination with the Program office to interact with customer and end-user representatives in developing system requirements.Required Skills:
Lead technical solutions to complex user requirements.
·Minimum of 8 years of experience in requirements development and/or design of system level architecture.Desired Skills: ·Minimum of 4-plus years of hands-on experience in execution of design, development, and analysis of large system architectures.·Proven experience with current air defense programs with specific experience in large, complex systems.·Understanding of defense design / planning process·Proven experience with current air defense programs with specific experience in large, complex systems.·Proven ability to develop system and subsystem performance and test requirements, evaluate systems and subsystems interfaces, and design and integrate systems or subsystems using COTS or government supplied equipment.·Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining processes, methods and tools.
·Experience with interfacing with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements
·Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and DOORS
·Existing DOD Secret Clearance or greater (or ability to obtain)Required Education (including Major):
·Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
