The Battle Management Performance SE CPT lead role is responsible for the execution of Systems Engineering for the Battle Management Command, Control, Computer, Communication and Intelligence (BMC4I) Software Requirements team across all Patriot Programs. The lead is responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of the technical, cost and schedule of all the BMC4I Software Requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to build the individual team’s ability, and be able to work with both internal and external customers. They will also be expected to support proposal efforts in support of new business, and have knowledge of the financial status and planning for the team. The Battle Management Performance lead is required to understand system engineering process. Additionally, the lead will be accountable for developing a staffing plan and making hiring decisions to appropriately staff the team.
