Raytheon’s Electronic Warfare Systems Business is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Airborne Processors Business (ABP) as F-16 Finance Manager.
The individual in this role will lead a team of 4 to 5 finance professionals, support two Sr. Program Managers, and report directly to the ABP Sr. Finance Manager. Responsibilities include providing financial oversight across a diverse portfolio of F-16 programs with backlog of over ~230M. Program types includes Production, Development, Repairs, and Spares. Specific tasking will include leading the quarterly EAC process, providing financial management support on F-16 proposals, review of program Gate and EAC packages, AR and CFR support, and reporting on financial health of all contracts within the F-16 Program Area.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with data and profit analysis, financial metric forecasting and reporting, the financial closing process, and reporting on Government contracts
  • Ability to interact, influence, and lead diverse teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, develop solutions and apply process improvement
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office productions (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Business Strategy and capture experience
  • Proposal experience
Required education:
  • BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
