We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) business within Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) located in Andover, MA as a Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst supporting a portfolio of international Patriot Programs within Patriot Product Line (PPL) for BMC4I (Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence) for a portfolio of programs. As a key member of the IAMD PPL finance team, the successful candidate will lead a team of 2-3 individuals to perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to budget and EAC positions.

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the EAC (Estimate at Complete), Earned Value and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes
  • Mentor and develop direct reports as well as other analysts within the team
  • Drive compliance in all processes and support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors and DCAA/DCMA auditors.
  • Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, PMOs, CBTs
  • Collaborate with other team members to drive process improvements and build bench strength
The successful candidate will provide meaningful business insights and analysis, and will communicate effectively with all partners.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of relevant professional working experience
  • Previous Program and Earned Value experience
  • Experienced user of SAP or similar system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and written skills

Required Education (including Major):
B.S. in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics or related field of study
