This is an opportunity to join the IDS Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) product line in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This position is in a fast paced and challenging environment, with an emphasis on skills in forecasting, analysis, management information systems, and leadership communication. Specific responsibilities will include assisting with Monthly Financial Forecasting (Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash), Weekly Financial Reporting and Analysis, 5- Year Strategic Plans (5YP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Engineering and Operations Staffing Forecasts, and various ad-hoc requests. The person who is selected to hold this position will be required to work closely with members of the IAMD FP&A/Finance teams, and functional teams coordinate, consolidate, and analyze key financial data in support of management decision making.

Required Skills:
  • +4 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP / Business Warehouse experience
Desired Skills:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Program Finance experience within the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • MBA desired
Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
