Location: WASHINGTON DC US 20001 Description:

Leidos is looking for a Sr. Word Processor to work on-site System Analyst to work on-sight in support of the Civil Rights Division. Responsibilities include:

Works under the supervision of a Project Manager. Types, edits, corrects, etc. documents, charts, tables, etc. as required. Prepares letters, reports, memoranda, mailing lists, and public presentation outlines, providing travel, budgeting and financial management, procurement and contracting, property management, support; monitors and reports the status and progress of the work to the supervisor; maintains Microsoft Outlook electronic daily office calendars, multiply conference room schedules, Schedules meetings, engagements, and conferences; prepares travel documents, legal forms, review correspondence and memoranda; prepares excel spreadsheets, contact lists, indexes, table of contents.

Qualifications:

At least two years of word processing experience, including one year in the specific office automation environment required (e.g., JCON 2a, MS Word Office 12/Microsoft Office 2003). Must be able to type at a minimum rate of 65 wpm with an accuracy rate of 95%. High school diploma or GED required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Ability to produce highest quality work under extreme pressure very important; Must be a US Citizen; Must be able to obtain a NACI. Strongly prefer candidate already cleared through the Department of Justice.
