Location: COLUMBIA MD US 21045 Description:

The Cyber & SIGINT Solutions Operations under Defense and Intelligence Sector of Leidos has a career opportunity for a Senior Engineer who is a Certified Scrum Master. This role will sit in Columbia, MD and requires that the candidate possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance. The CSM will perform general systems engineering support and serve as the Scrum Master of an Agile development team. They will work collaboratively with the Software Engineering Team, Testers, Product Owners and External Teams to ensure a successful project. Responsibilities include ensuring the team lives Agile principles and follows the processes and practices, removing impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, working with the product owner and being very familiar with the product backlog. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to general systems engineering, requirements gathering, and defining and integrating system interfaces.



• (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

• Bachelor’s Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline form an accredited college or university is required

• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

• Scrum Master Certification

• 5 years Scrum Master Experience

• Advanced JIRA experience

• Superb communication skills

• Detailed-oriented

• Team player
