Summary

Leidos is seeking a Consulting Employee for a proposal on a future contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Atlantic Test Range mission, system operations, field testing, marine operations and target support services, engineering, range sustainability, maintenance, data reduction and analysis. This position will work virtually but will require travel to Leidos corporate office in Reston VA. and Patuxent River MD.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in capture activities under the direction of the Leidos Capture Manager during the capture/proposal phase, develop proposal/bid strategies, coordinate and lead a team of technical SMEs with the development of the technical and management solution and, a significant contributor to the price strategy.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field with 12+ years of system engineering/program management or a Masters with 10+ years relevant experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Candidate will be a subject matter expert intimate with the Atlantic Test Range (ATR), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Range Department (5.2) and the Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) Division of the NAVAIR Threat/Target Systems Department (5.3).

Preferred Qualifications:

Maters of Science in Engineering or related field.

Experience leading a large geographically distributed team and operation.

Navy aircraft range experience, to include:

- Test Management

- Range Sustainability

- Range and Test Training Systems

Certified PMP

Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
