The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos has a career opening for a Continuity of Operations Manager (COOP) and Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

Job Summary:

Leidos has an opening for a JSP Liaison in the Pentagon. Provide and be responsible for enterprise-wide IT support for COOP Sites as outlined by the government. Schedule site visits, monthly computer wellness checks and ensure all sites are ready at all times.

The AFNCR IT Services program provides support services for information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other Air Force activities within the AFNCR, missions to include the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), and other locations, leased spaces, and alternate sites. The major support areas required are: IT Operations and Maintenance; Plans, Projects, and Engineering (PP&E); and National Military Command Center (NMCC). The senior leaders and national defense missions that are supported require that the AFNCR operations never fail, resulting in a fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- The Coordinate Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) manager coordinates and ensures there is support at all AFNCR alternate locations.

- Consolidates network service and system availability reports for monthly readiness reviews.

- Maintain access to current system operating procedures and restoral plans, and the ability to execute network operations in support of exercises or contingency events.


Basic Qualifications:

-BA/BS or equivalent experience and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years or prior relevant experience.

-Currently possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Military experience and comfortable working with Senior Military Leaders.

•ITIL, CISSP or equivalent

•Clearance: TS Eligible
