Location: WASHINGTON DC US 20001 Description:

The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos has an opening for a MCEN Program Manager in the National Capital Region. Exact position location within the NCR to be determined.

Project/Program Manager with demonstrated experience managing large scale enterprise contracts to provide program oversight of the Marine Corp Enterprise Network (MCEN) in support of the Next Generation Enterprise Network Recompete (NGEN-R) contract. The MCEN Program Manager will provide the Government accurate and timely status regarding task execution and performance and will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of all deliverables supporting MCEN. The MCEN Program Manager will oversee all staff augmentation activities and projects for the MCEN.

•Serve as the Leidos primary representative for USMC related tasks, projects, and staff augmentation issues.

•Represent Leidos at program related meetings attended by, or at the request of, the MCEN Government representative.
•Maintain overall programmatic (cost, schedule, performance) responsibility for the execution of tasks in support of MCEN.
•Communicate critical and time sensitive program-related information directly to the Government and other delegated Government personnel.


•Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of overall relevant experience.

•Specific experience managing and/or executing the planning, provisioning, and delivery of network services and/or other technically complex information technologies services to large organizations either internationally or across multiple US states.
•Demonstrated experience leading regular communications with the supported organization’s senior leadership and direct accountability for all managed activities.
•Currently possess a DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

•Prior Navy NGEN or NMCI experience.
•PMP Certification.
