Position Description: Translates customer requirements into formal agreements and plans to culminate in customer acceptance or results. Execute a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, test and final delivery. Anticipates future customer, industry and business trends. Challenges the validity of procedures and processes with a view toward enhancements, improvement, or technological advancements. Creates innovative solutions to problems involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components. Leads team on large complex projects. Specific Experience Requirements: Must have at least five years of experience in technology consulting. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience with a Master's degree or advanced training in information technology. General Experience Requiements: Experience supporting decision-makers in developing strategic and operational plans. Experience briefing Senior Executives and General Officers. Experience in information sharing/exchange within the DOD, IC, across external government agencies and/or with foreign partners. Prior staff officer service/field experience in CCMDs. Data analytics skills applied in the Intelligence Community (IC). Joint Qualified (level III) or war college graduate. Project Management Professional (PMP) or related Scrum Certifications. Highly Desired Skills: Demonstrated hands-on working knowledge of one or more systems supporting the U. S. CENTCOM mission such as: UIS Tools (PiX, INDURE, APAN, RED DOT, PUSH) Reporting/Analysis Tools (CIDNE, DCGS, GCCS, MIDB) OSINT Tools (Recorded Futures, SILO, RDAS, Dataminer, OSCRMS) Mapping Tools (Google Earth, GXPlorer, ARCGIS, GEOQUEST) Demonstrated record of providing data analysis of operational technical systems. Demonstrated ability to assist in the development of, analyze, record, and verify customer requirements. Experience in software design, development and testing on projects using both waterfall and agile development approaches. History of researching data sources and infrastructure within the Intelligence Community. Ability to identify potential conflicts with development using U.S. CENTCOM Unclassified Information Sharing (UIS) products and services. Ability to analyze and provide recommendations for system architectures, analysis of processes, third party applications and ground oriented operator interfaces. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Expert skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications. Ability to operate with minimal supervision and limited direction to accomplish goals.
